Performing under the direct supervision of the Home Health/Hospice Business Manager , the HH/HO Clinical Educator is responsible for the coordination and delivery of all orientation and continuing education programs for internal personnel. The HH/HO Clinical Educator will coordinate the orientation of all new staff members. The HH/HO Clinical Educator will oversee the activities of the HH/HO Preceptors. The HH/HO Clinical Educator will also provide daily education on new equipment, processes and policies. These responsibilities will be carried out with the input from and the collaboration with the HH/HO management team, to include administration, HR Education Consultant and the unit preceptors.
